RETURN & REFUND POLICY:  

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of Your purchase of the Product to return it and to receive an exchange, account credit or refund. If 30 days have passed from the date of Your purchase of the Product, Foray Design does not offer You an exchange, account credit or refund.

In order to be returned, the Product must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition or it must be defective, as determined by Foray Design in its sole discretion. If the Product is not new or has been used or is damaged, the Product is not returnable and Foray Design will not provide any exchanges, account credits or refunds.  Refer to TERMS FOR SALE for more detail.

 

SHIPPING INFO: 

Foray Design will process your orders in a timely manner to get your ordered parts to you as requested.  No order will be accepted or Product shipped to You until sometime after the successful processing of your payment through your debit or credit card company, Your bank or through some other purchasing service (such as PayPal, WixPay, POS, or AliPay).  Shipping times may vary according to availability and may also be subject to delays resulting from postal or delivery carrier delays, force majeure or other reasons beyond Foray Design’s control.
